Etc) large covered terrace of 38 m² (with barrel bars) overlooking the 4m * 8m pool; plancha and barbecue available
1200 m² of land in a family and very quiet housing estate, chicken coop in the garden with 4 hens (no rooster crowing !!)
Large bathroom with walk-in shower and bath, 2 sinks

"Parc city" sports ground and gymnasium at the end of the street, ideal for children. Possibility of access (on request) to a tennis court at 200 m
5 min from Tain l'Hermitage (Valrhona chocolate) 15min from Valence and Romans (Marques Avenue), close to a river (15min), 1h from Vercors, 2h from Marseille ... for a relaxing family holiday or with friends

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, la villa est spacieuse ainsi que le jardin, le lotissement très calme, il y a pleins de beaux endroits à visiter. Personnes très accueillantes et gentilles 😊

Maison agréable située au calme dans un petit lotissement.
Belle piscine dont nous avons hélas peu profité (meteo…).
A proximité de Tain pour les amateurs de vin que nous étions !

Maison propre bien aménagée. Seul bémol éventuel par forte chaleur : la clim n’en est pas vraiment une mais un sol rafraîchissant. Système sympa car cela évite les courants d’air mais un peu moins efficace par temps de canicule.
