About this farm stay rental
Large family stone cottage fully equipped and arranged for 12 people (+ 1 baby).
A large living room living room with 2 sofas including 1 convertible, a very large table that can accommodate 14 guests. 1 baby high chair. Wood stove.
A fitted kitchen: electric hob, large electric oven and microwave. Fridge freezer, coffee maker. All the necessary cooking.
4 large bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: 1 bed 140 x 190
- Bedroom 2: 2 beds 90 x 200 separable
- Bedroom 3: 2 beds 90 x 200 separable + 1 cot
- Bedroom 4: 4 beds of 90 x 200
Extra sleeping in the large sofa in the living room.
2 shower rooms.
2 WC.
Small playroom with games and toys.
Terrace with garden furniture.
The cottage is located on a property of 4 houses and 14 hectares including 3 cottages and the owner's house.
Small farm (chestnut, open-air breeding of laying hens and organic market gardening)
The property is located at the end of a hamlet in the town of Saint Etienne de Serre located in the regional park of the Monts d'Ardèche.
Hiking trail from the cottage.
A cheese dairy is present in the hamlet. It offers yogurts, cheeses and other products based on sheep's milk, goat's milk and cow's milk depending on the season.
Shops, markets and restaurants in the village of Saint Sauveur de Montagut located 7 kilometers. You will also find the river with a beach and supervised swimming.
The Eyrieux Valley: In the heart of the Ardèche, this preserved valley between Le Cheylard and La Voulte sur Rhône will seduce you with its unique landscapes. The time of a stay or a short trip, visit the villages, go hiking, go down the river by canoe, do tree climbing or pedal along the Dolce Via! To admire a breathtaking panorama: breathe the fresh air at Belvédère in Saint Sauveur de Montagut.

For short stays of 2 or 3 nights, the price paid online is for 8 people occupying the accommodation. An extra charge of 10 euros per night and per additional person over 8 people will be paid. No supplement for babies under two years old.
Wood stove. Firewood available with participation of 10 euros per day of use.
Meter reading for electricity billed on site at the rate of 0.15 cents per kwa.
On demand :
Linen package: 9 euros per person.(sheets, pillows, towels, linens for kitchen and bathroom).
End of stay cleaning 90 euros.

Super accueil et très beau gîte accroché à la colline. Magnifique ballade autour du gîte, avec les ânes et le gros chien, les enfants et les parents ont adoré cette belle parenthèse d’hiver.
Le gîte est confortable et calme,bien équipé et très chaleureux.

Le gîte est spacieux, propre et confortable.
Jérôme vend également d'excellent légumes, vin, bière... Déborah vend dans le hameau d'excellent fromages et yaourts !

Nous avons loué le hameau de 3 gîtes pour un week-end entre amis. Super accueil de Jerome, les gites sont très agréables, au style rustique mais confortable.
La localisation , au calme et propice à des super randos rend le lieu d'autant plus agréable.
