About this house rental
You will be delighted to enjoy this spacious and luminous loft ranked 4 stars, with a 5600sqm enclosed plot with view over Aubenas´castle and the foothills of the Cévennes. The loft has 6 independent bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 study in the mezzanine, one fully-fitted open-plan kitchen, a garage, and a wooden stove. Floor heating during wintertime is included. To suit you, you will find a ping-pong table, boules, tables and garden chairs, a swing seat, a swing, a basketball hoop, deckchairs, and an aboveground pool. You will find to be many outdoors activities close by.
We will tip you on the different activities, tours, restaurants, cultural outings, listed villages..., everything that makes the happiness of this French department inhabitants and visitors.
You will find the village of Vals-les-Bains, its thermal centre and casino, within a 10-minute drive.
You will be able to fdiscover the Chauvet Cave (Pont d´Arc) classified as one of Unesco´s World Heritage sites.
Approved by the tourism development agency (French ADT) of the Ardèche, our house is an ideal starting point to high plateaux, the route of the Sucs of which the most famous is called Le Gerbier des Joncs via the Volane or the Bezorgues valleys.
More to the West, you will head for the Beaume valley, Valgorge city, and the Meyrand´s pass.
You will find the gorges of Ardèche and their rough routes in the South-East.
Of course, you will find alternatives to such routes, like the Cévenols´ foothills in the direction of Villefort and the Lozère department.
We will also suggest a few biking trails.
Hikers will appreciate the well-maintained and delineated trails just as well.
Cyclists and Motorcyclists will have many new ideas to ride on the sinuous roads of the Ardèche and are able to park in a spacious shed, which is at your disposal.

Magnifique propriété. Très grande maison, parfaite pour un gros groupe. La maison est également très bien équipée, il ne manque rien. La piscine est très agréable.
En plus, les propriétaires sont sympathiques et attentionnés.

Très bon accueil et bon contact avec les propriétaires. Très compréhensif sur les horaires de départ avec les enfants.
Grand espace de vie intérieur et extérieur. Correspond bien à la description et aux images du site.
Extérieur sécurisé pour les enfants avec portail à l’entrée et piscine à l’écart (possibilité de fermer la piscine avec un volet sécurisé). Des jeux à dispositions pour les enfants (module, cabane, vélos, ballons,etc)
Région idéale pour les amateurs de vélo.
Proche d’une départementale mais peu nuisible.
Arbres fruitiers délicieux !
Mauvaise connexion internet.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is very well equiped. The airco was really needed during our stay with 35-38 degrees. The owber is very friebdly and welk reichable by phone. The only thing to improve are the beds. Vetter change them into soms boxsprings, but normally we slept well.

Maison spacieuse agréable mais à améliorer côté cuisine (vaisselle pas très propre, poêles hors d'usage, pas de couteaux qui coupent....).
Par ailleurs, la départementale passe juste en contrebas du jardin et représente une nuisance sonore importante quand on est sur la terrasse.
Je déconseille en été!
