It was an enjoyable stay in an excellent location. I feel the listing was inaccurate because it did not explicitly mention that this was a shared apartment with the owners. Although the hosts were out of town, we would not have stayed here if we had known that there was a chance of not being alone. However, we ended up being alone and it was a good stay in a very safe building.

Nathalie as very friendly and great communicator, Apartment is large, we had it to ourselves. We were checked in by a property manager, who was on site when we arrived. This apartment is very central, but it feels very much like a non-touristy pocket...that said, touristy areas are just a short walk away. We were there for Roland Garros and then to Bordeaux. I can say my two favorite meals on this trip were 5 minute walks from this apartment...1. Les closerie des lilas and 2. STAND. Les Closerie was recommended by a friend who's been going to paris since the 70's...excellent seafood and I especially like the Sweetbread. This was a new dish to me, but it was simply amazing...melted in the mouth. The scallops were insanely good as well....along with a very friendly staff. STAND we went to by mistake not realizing it was an "American/Italian" joint (we're from the US). BUT we overwhelmed with how delicious the salads were. I had the chicken caeser and seriously it made me want to cry. The wines were perfect as well. All the tastes were so well designed, every bite was as good or better than the last. Back to the apartment, check in an out was easy, everything worked. The bed was VERY comfortable and the sheets were VERY clean...no bedbugs here! Thanks Nathalie and Francois!
