About this apartment rental
Delicate apartment on the ground floor with child friendly, enclosed garden with terrace in a quiet, safe environment. No noisy highway near here! The area is a mecca for golfers with many courses to choose between. The apartment is located in the urbanization Los Iris (which lives up to the flower name, you'll see) next to a 9-hole golf course, nice padel tennis courts and a club house where you can eat and drink well at the restaurant. You may also pamper yourself at the beauty salon / hair dresser, or have a work out in the paddle or tennis court. The apartment is attached to a service office with services like key holding service, cleaning, laundry etc.
The apartment consists: Entrance hall, 3 large, lovely bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and a living room with access to the garden and terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast or just relax. There are good sun conditions with the garden facing west, but there is also the option of shade on the roofed terrace. Bedroom 1 has a romantic white lacquered double bed, private bathroom with a toilet, bidet, sink, shower / bath tub and access to the garden. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have 2 single beds, which can be converted into double beds. Bathroom # 2 has a toilet, sink and a shower. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. Overall sleeping capacity up to 8 persons. Integrated air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room. Communal swimming pool and children’s pool with sun loungers.
The apartment is of course fully furnished and includes all necessary equipment, including linens, towels, stove (electric), refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, utensils, Wifi, Smart TV with channel package, comfortable garden furniture, baby chair and more.
Only an 18 minute-drive from Malaga airport. 1 km to the nearest grossery store, 3.5 km to a large shopping center (Miramar) and 4 km to the beach.

Property was excellent in a quiet area. During our stay we were bothered by musquitoes. A suggestion for the host...is to put up a sunshade at the terrace. It was to warm to enjoy our lunch in the afternoon. We enjoyed our holiday, and the apartment was very child-friendly.

We had a good stay, the apartment is as described on a quiet residential development, the pool area is great. This is clearly used by the owners, a couple of modifications would improve the offer.. In particular adding darker/blackout curtains in two of the three bedrooms and a microwave would be useful. There are also only local TV stations available, and so we are grateful for the WiFi and that we had packed our Firestick. You need a car to be able to enjoy the surroundings, it is close to amenities and the beach, we recommend having breakfast at the golf course.

Great property with lovely pool in a very nice and quite area, short bus or taxi ride to the main town and shopping area.
It is best to have a car, but not a necessity due to taxi price and bus pries being pretty cheap.

Dejligt sted at holde familie ferie( vi er 5 pers) nemt at finde til, fra lufthavn, anbefaler at leje en bil,.. området hvor lejligheden ligger er meget velholdt og med en dejlig stor pool. Vi havde også flere skønne dage på stranden i Fuengiola, som også er rigtig dejlig. Der er rig mulighed for indkøb og shopping i byen eller det store center, Miramar. Det eneste jeg ærger mig over, er at jeg ikke bookede en xtra uge;))
