About this apartment rental
***As seen on Channel 4's 'A Place in the Sun' 2019*** Stunning apartment within the luxurious Matchroom Country Club, next door to Los Lagos de Mijas Golf Club. Ideal location for couples, families and keen golfers. The apartment is approximately 25 minutes away from Malaga's International Airport, and just a 10 minute drive away from the restaurants and beaches of Fuengirola and La Cala de Mijas. Marbella is also a short drive away. This bright and spacious first floor property has two terraces, the larger of which has a comfortable rattan sofa set overlooking one of the swimming pools as well as the golf course. The master bedroom is ensuite. The second bedroom has two single beds with a separate bathroom next door. Both bedrooms are airconditioned as well as being connected by a separate terrace. There is a sofa bed available in the lounge. The living room/dining space is very bright and spacious and a perfect space for relaxing. There is a large flat screen televison with both Spanish and English Freeview channels installed on them. There is also direct access to the kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine and dishwasher. PLEASE NOTE CURRENTLY DUE TO COVID 19 RESTRICTIONS ALL INDOOR FACILITIES, AS WELL AS THE INDOOR POOL ARE CLOSED. THE OUTDOOR POOLS REMAIN OPEN! Guests are free to use Matchroom's restaurants and bars. The complex has two outdoor swimming pools, both surrounded by stunning tropical gardens. Similarly guests are welcome to use the heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, gym and snooker hall. Anda Homes offers a contact point for guests during their stay. There is also a reception on site that are happy to make bookings and reservations on the guests behalf. Renting a car is recomended, but it's possible to get around without one. There are often taxis waiting outside, and reception are always happy to book one for you. Anda Homes also offers an additional airport shuttle service should guests request it. Childrens travel cots and highchairs also available on request for an additional charge. Golf clubs available on request for an additional charge. Out of office hours Check-in is charged the following: 9pm - Midnight 20 euros Midnight - 2am 40 euros After 2am 60 euros This amount is payable in cash at the property. For infants, it is also possible to rent cots (50 euros) / high chairs (20 euros). These amounts are also payable in cash on check-in. Please let us know in advance if you would like to rent these items.
