At the heart of the shopping streets of Annecy and close to the Old Town. Fall in love with this small cosy apartment under the 42 sq.m Jacobin property. It is located on the fourth floor of a secure bourgeois building with lift. The atmosphere is cosy and intimate, and its style harmoniously combines with the reassuring atmosphere of the mountain chalet and contemporary comfort. Completely renovated in during the summer of 2015, the apartment consists of a beautiful bedroom with a large dressing room, a king-size bed and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is entirely equipped with and oven a microwave, a Nespresso coffee maker. The living room has a sofa bed. It also has a HD TV with cable, Wi-Fi access, and Bluetooth audio equipment with jack plug. For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher, an iron, and a vacuum cleaner. For travelling in Annecy, a tourist guide, a bus route map, and contact information of various tourist providers will be provided. Our welcome book will be available with the best information so that you can have an enjoyable stay.

Emplacement idéal à-de 3minutes à pied de la gare en centre ville près des commerces. Appart charmant bien équipé. Très bon accueil de Valérie.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this Annecy apartment. It is comfortable and cozy. The kitchen had everything that we needed and the bathroom is large with a nice shower and 2 sinks. We were grateful for the working lift and we found parking in the underground garage a block away that was reasonably priced.
The location was perfect. Just a block or two from lots of excellent restaurants and shops. Easy walk to the lake and old town. Our host, Valérie, was kind and very helpful. We highly recommend this cute apartment!

Bel appartement de qualité, bien équipé et idéalement situé dans Annecy.
Propriétaire à l’écoute et très sympathique.
En revanche l’appartement ne dispose pas de place de parking.

The flat is really well appointed and the location is excellent. Parking was initially tricky but we paid approx £10 a night to have the car in a nearby car park (La Poste). This was worth it.Annecy is a busy and noisy city but we felt the flat on the 4th floor protected us from most of the noise- and thank goodness for the lift!!We loved Annecy itself and found plenty of places to eat- it is very busy at weekends but quieter during the week, especially in the evenings once the coach parties disappear. A drive round the loch (I’m Scottish!) was great- especially Talloires. We enjoyed visiting the Gorges du Fier, Montrottier Castle, Aix-les-Bains and the brilliant Secret Gardens at Vaulx. There was loads to do even without leaving Annecy.Valerie is a warm and friendly hostess and her flat is fantastic.
