About this apartment rental
T2 of 33 m2 classified FURNISHED TOURIST 2 STARS.
Very bright. Very calm joint ownership at the bottom of a dead end. 3rd floor with elevator.
LARGE BALCONY facing south with magnificent views of the mountains and the Basilica of the Visitation.
Capacity: 4 people (1 double bed and a BZ in the living room)
Neighborhood: Loverchy / Pont Neuf
Location: 1/4 hour walk from the Old Town.
Bus stop and shops 200 m.
PARKING for free co-ownership.
TV in the living room.
- Kitchen: electric stove (4 ceramic hobs + oven), coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge with freezer, washing machine + dishes and utensils.
- Living room: Table with 4 chairs + BZ convertible sofa (bed 140 x 190, pillows + blankets) + 2 nesting tables + TV
- Bedroom: a double bed 140x190 (NEW MATTRESS with 5 comfort zones, pillows + duvet), 2 night tables with bedside lamps, a wardrobe with wardrobe.
- Bathroom: shower, sink with storage unit, hair dryer.

- Hall: large closet with wardrobe.
- Balcony: a table with 4 chairs.
- Others: WIFI.
Equipment and cleaning products, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, clothes line.
Deposit to be paid for booking the rental: 25% of the rent.
TOURIST TAX: € 0.85 per person per night (to be paid in cash when the keys are handed over)
DEPOSIT of € 200 to be paid at the entrance to the premises returned at the end of the stay.
Payment of the rental balance upon delivery of the keys: check or cash.
Optional cleaning fee (if not done by the tenant): € 30
Linen possible at an additional cost (15 € / pers or 25 € / 2 pers if only one bed occupied).

We thoroughly enjoyed our one month stay in Annecy. A city located on a beautiful lake with mountains, cities, towns and villages to visit including several in Switzerland. The apartment is compact with a pleasant view and well equipped for 2 with parking. It is an easy 20 minute walk to the old town and the Friday/Sunday markets or optional supermarkets are close by. We prefer to make our own meals and find scenic spots to enjoy picnic lunches Helene is an excellent host and quickly resolved an electrical issue a few days after we arrived. We highly recommend her property and encourage visitors to explore this beautiful region in France.

We stayed here for five weeks while doing French classes in town. The apartment is in a quiet building with friendly neighbors and accessing the old town is just a short walk along the river. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the sunshine. We’d love to return!

This apartment was a great location.
Helene was easy to communicate with.
The apartment was clean.
It would be nice to have some screens on the windows so mosquitoes couldn’t get in.
Other than that it was perfect!
