About this apartment rental
Located in a renowned residential area of Saint-Malo, 150 m from the sea, the beach of La Hoguette and the thermal baths, on the 3rd and last floor of a bourgeois house from the 20s, calm and very sunny, this apartment will know seduce you with its neat decoration, its soothing atmosphere, its quality services, its unobstructed and pleasant views, its parking facilities in the neighborhood, its privileged location 5 minutes walk from the sea, the beaches and the thalassotherapy center, 5 mins walk from restaurants and shops (Carrefour Market supermarket, bakery, caterer ...), 15 mins from the port, docks and conference center, 20 mins from the city center by the seafront.
Renovated with high-end materials, it is equipped with household appliances, new bedding and furniture, wi-fi in all rooms and can accommodate up to 5 people.
It consists of a living room open onto a fitted kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms (14 and 12 m2), one with a 160 x 200 bed, the other with a 160 x 200 bed and a 90 bed x 200, a bathroom with walk-in shower, separate WC with hand basin, a utility room with washing machine and dryer.
It has several large storage units in the bedrooms (cupboards, wardrobe) and the living room (dresser).
We have made the choice of materials suitable for allergy sufferers: paints without solvents, absence of textile coverings (neither curtains, nor carpets), old parquet refinished with ecological varnish.
Free parking in the street.
Rental from Saturday to Saturday in high season; rental from 3 nights during the week and 2 nights at weekends in mid and low seasons; rental of several months possible between September and June.
Rental of household linen (sheets and towels), included in the rental price.
Compulsory cleaning service at the end of the stay (50 €).

Very pleasant stay next to beach, between Saint-Malo and Parame. Accommodation had everything that is necessary and was clean and quiet. Tended to become very warm during recent heatwave. Perhaps shutters or curtains on living room windows would help?

Nous avons passé 4 nuits à Saint-Malo dans cet appartement qui correspond totalement à l'annonce. L'appartement très bien équipé se trouve près (1-2 min) du Sillon et de la plage dans un quartier calme et agréable.
Les deux chambres sont grandes et les lits confortables. On a surtout aimé le bon accueil de Séverine et la communication avec alle avant notre arrivé à Saint-Malo.

Petit appartement très fonctionnel et très bien situé .L'ensemble est agréable .
Un bémol cependant : les espaces communs peu engageants et l'entrée à proximité immédiate des poubelles .

Très bonne location, excellent emplacement. Le seul point à améliorer: les parties communes à rénover mais on oublie cela dès que l'on est dans l'appartement. En effet, l'appartement est rénové avec goût et très confortable. A recommander.
