About this apartment rental

Saint-Malo, rent a T1 bis for 3 people on the 2nd floor of a secure residence with lift, intercom, south-facing balcony and bicycle cellar. The residence is located between the SNCF TGV station and the beach of the train path. Intra-Muros is 900 m away. The decoration is at the same time very neat, cozy and vintage. It combines the comfort of modernism and the charm of the old. Pets are welcome and I can pick you up at the station. A mini-market and a bakery complete the whole, at the foot of the residence.

Excellent studio with everything you would need.The host was very accommodating and helpful.Parking (payant E4 a day) was not always easy. Intra muros was a long walk for us.

Logement très bien situé, près de la gare, avec arrêt de bus au pied de l'immeuble. Isabelle est très chaleureuse, de bon conseil pour les restaurants et visites à Saint-Malo et ses environs. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Merci encore de votre accueil !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'appartement convenait a nos attente, la ville, particulièrement intra-muros est très agréable et la propriétaire était sympathique et de bon conseil. Je recommande vivement.
