About this house rental
The house on the ground floor of a small building consists of a bedroom (with double bed), living room (with sofa bed) plus bathroom with shower. We can accommodate up to 3 people or a couple with 2 children.
The garden for exclusive use, equipped with table and chairs, is a true oasis of tranquility far from the noise of the city.
We are in the northern area of Florence, with Careggi / CTO hospital and Mayer nearby.
The center is easily reachable by public transport (bus 2 and 28) and in just 5 minutes by Trenitalia railway.
Free parking in the street.
The tourist tax of € 3 per night per person (except for children under 12 years) and the cost of € 40 for final cleaning must be paid in cash upon your arrival.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely well-kept apartment, both myself and my family were made to feel welcome. I cannot recommend this accommodation more highly. We do not speak any Italian but in all the local shops and restaurants the staff made a good effort to help.
There are two supermarkets within walking distance and plenty of local shops around
We stayed in October and the only downside with this was that there were some mosquitoes wanting to have a feed so I would recommend taking some mosquito repellent if your stay is in the mosquito mating season

Schöne, gemütliche und praktische eingerichtete Wohnung, abseits vom Touri-Geschehen, mit liebevoll gepflegtem Garten. Und trotzdem ist man schnell mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in der Innenstadt!
Auch die Kommunikation mit Enzo verlief super. Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit und kommen gern wieder.
