The property was good. Rooms were small though. One very important point is that there is no elevator/ lift. We were a group of 4 girls and We had checked in late at night around 10pm and we were given room in 3 rd floor and we had to carry all our luggage by stairs. If you have big suitcases - something that you should be aware of! We did not have food there - so no comments on the same.

Location is good near to city centre and hotel provides free bus around city so it’s good to travel around. Room is clean and new, only concern would be not enough shampoo n body wash. There’s no kettle here and need to pay for hot water. No microwave too, only small fridge in room. No lift, only staircase to rooms.

When I was booking the room I did not know that it did not come with AC unit, the day I got to Lucerne was a bit hot so I had to keep the windows open when I sleep, which let bugs in. Aside from that though, it was clean and well kept, location was good. Just hope the light sensors in the restrooms didn't go out that fast though.

Stay was perfect, just that wash basin is in the room itself and not in bathroom. Else all good and perfect. Bus stop is very near 100-200m
