Good Staff and nice hotel

I spent 15 days in Switzerland and Italy this time, staying in 6-7 hotels. It's not an exaggeration to say that this hotel was the worst one I've ever stayed in. Apart from the friendly attitude of the staff, everything else was useless. Firstly, it's a bit far from the train station, and it takes at least 10 minutes to walk with a suitcase. Secondly, the room is really old and the facilities inside are not very good, especially the carpet, which is very dirty and dirty. Walking on it, I feel like my shoes are getting dirty. The air conditioning is installed at the back, which is understandable. After all, this building is a bit old, but the effect is really poor, the noise is loud, and the room lights are very dim. Later, when we went downstairs, we saw that the door of the room downstairs was open and the lights inside were much brighter. We didn't know if it gave us the worst room. In short, it is not recommended as the cost-effectiveness is extremely low. Especially when staying at a good hotel in Zurich, the psychological gap is really significant
