About this house rental
Quiet, beautiful detached house with a magnificent 110 m² wooden terrace facing south and a lovely view of a wooded area (150 m² living space + 800 m² of land).
Comfortable, the house was completely renovated in 2012. All inclusive package including water, hot water, electricity, gas heating and firewood.
Full linen option including beds, towels and kitchen 40 €
Cleaning outing option € 80.
Rental possible minimum 4 nights during bank holiday weekends and short school holidays, 7 nights during long school holidays.
Spacious house with a large living room equipped with a fireplace, a bar; a functional kitchen open to the living room (with American fridge); 3 bedrooms, 2 with a large double bed of 180 cm and 160 cm, 1 children's room with 1 bed of 90 cm (possibility of installing a cot with bars); a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a counter with two sinks; 2 separate toilets; a large entrance with cupboards and plenty of storage.
TV equipment, WIFI + baby & small children equipment.
Near the historic center of Dinan, the city of character of Léhon and the banks of the Rance. Shops are easily accessible on foot or by bike (bikes available). Dinan is ideally located for visiting Saint Malo, Dinard, Cancale, Cap Fréhel, Mont Saint Michel, Rennes.

I will give more stars to this property and host, five is just not enough.
Everything was even better as advertising. Location is great, is you like to walk, run or bike is ideal. Less than five minutes driving great shopping center. Twenty minutes walking is the magic Dinan and little gem of Léhon. Easily reach by car : Saint Briac sur Mer, Dinard, St Malo, Cancale and Le Mont St. Michel. The house has all the comforts. The terrace of the property is fantastic, and we were able to use all the herbs and vegetales , and eat everyday the super strawberries from the garden. Stéphane is the best host ever, his is really your home away from home, for some perfect vacations.
