About this apartment rental
We propose to you to the rent, in Pléneuf-Val-André, this charming apartment within a haven of peace, profiting from a splendid sea view, in 300 meters of the beach, of a surface of 37 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 16 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and a balcony. We are waiting for you !
The housing is composed as follows:
- A living room of 16 m² with TV, Wifi, sofa bed and dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200).
- An alcove with bunk beds.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.
Outside :
- A balcony facing South West, about 7 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days and the sea view.
The apartment is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in a very pleasant environment within a secured villa. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Beach, sailing and nautical activities: The Nautical Center of Pléneuf-Val-André.
- Hiking along the paths of the coast, fishing on foot near the Verdelet during high tides.
- Bike rides with dedicated greenways to go to Cap Fréhel.
- Spa and Thalasso at 100 meters from the apartment.
- BlueGreen 18-hole golf course with a view of the Plage des Vallées.
- Cinema, Casino, Shops.
- Tennis Club de l'Amirauté.
Transportation:
- You can park directly on the unnumbered outdoor parking space (all types of vehicles).
- Nearest train station : Lamballe located at about 20 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport : Rennes located at about 1h20 by car.
Other remarks :
- Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival.
- Free Wifi available.
- Access to a room for washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
- Animals are allowed in the accommodation.
You will access the accommodation independently: by collecting the keys from an Igloo home box located at 4 chemin romain 22400 Saint-Alban, access by car, usually on your way to Pléneuf-Val-André. If you use public transport, please contact us so that we can organize a key collection.

Le Vent Marin "It was a great place and couldn't have been a better location.
🙂 Amazing location and view of the water. Short walk to the beach and promenade. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes etc. Easy communication with manager via Whatsapp.
🙁 No instructions on how to use appliances and not easily figured out not speaking French.
Having to pay for bed sheets and towels extra and having the bed sheets just sitting on the bed
to have to make it myself. Maybe there's a reason?? No real advance notice that the key to be picked up
is at a different location. I found out 2 days prior. Not coming by car could have been a problem. Advance communication with management company was always in French until I asked for them to resend in English."
