This property is located in an excellent position in Brockenhurst . Ideally situated for the Isle of Wight . River journeys . Train in the centre for local trips to see the area. Good bus routes. Great walks straight onto the New Forest with ponies and donkeys. Great wildlife . Horse riding with a wonderful owner who tells you about the history of the area. Great local restaurants and takeaways .
The house is currently awaiting the completion of repairs after a burst pipe from bathroom to kitchen . Just painting required. Repairs to French windows so the garden can be accessed.
Lovely neighbours local food shop with very helpful owners . Would definitely visit again . Owner very prompt to reply to any queries

We had a fantastic stay in this property, which is two minutes from three lovely pubs and also a selection of restaurants and a convienience store.
The property is deceptively spacious and there was plenty of room for 3 adults and two teenagers and a dog. The loft room has its own en suite and t.v.
The property was very well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and even some games and books.
You will not regret a stay here!

The house is very easy to find and in a great location, with pubs, train station, restaurants and shop very close by.
It's very spacious property. Downstairs had enough room for us all to be in there but not on top of each other.
The first landing has three bedrooms - main one is very good size, plus the bathroom.
Up to the second floor to very good sized double room with its own shower room.
There is plenty of storage space too.
We had a small issue whilst staying. A phone call to Chris and someone came round to look at it.
I would definitely stay there again

We were really pleased to be able to return to No.16, which is ideal for our family accommodation needs, close to Brockenhurst village centre, and within easy reach of some excellent walks.
The house is spacious, very well-kept, and comfortable, with very good facilities.
Highly recommended, and we'd have no hesitation in returning for our next autumn break.
