Bien dans l ensemble, tout le nécessaire est là. La maison est assez spacieuse et propre. Le jardin très petit. Bien mais il faut absolument un véhicule pour tout. Il n y a pas de commerces tout prêt. L endroit est calme. La plage est à proximité mais ce n est pas la plus jolie.
