About this house rental
Concarneau, very quiet area, within 5 minutes walk from the large and beautiful Sables Blancs beach and Thalasso (by a charming wooded path and pedestrian: access 50m from the house), near to the greenway joining directly (walking or cycling) the center and its closed city, very nice renovated and tastefully decorated home. Enclosed garden facing south. Garage, laundry, easy and free parking. House completely renovated recently, very well equipped, new bedding, small sea view from the living room, balcony and bedrooms.
House on three levels (large steps): Ground floor: entrance, a garage, a nice extra single bed room, a laundry room with garden access.
First floor: large living room and fully equipped open kitchen, toilet bathroom tub.
On the second: three rooms, each equipped with a double bed and cupboards. Small room with closet.
The beautiful surroundings, and many beautiful beaches, coves, walks and magical coastal paths!
Access to shops and supermarkets within 5 minutes drive maximum.

We, a family of four, spent two wonderful weeks in Anne and Stephane's house in Concarneau. The location of the house is perfect: a lovely sandy beach within walking distance, just below the house, and the center of Concarneau, with its charming "ville close" a nice walk-/bike ride away. The house has everything you could want, including a beautiful, quiet little garden. What more could you want from a holiday? The house is well equipped and beautifully decorated with wonderful landscape paintings. We thank Anne and Stephane for the wonderfully warm welcome and the trust and generosity they show in entrusting this little gem to strangers. We give our strongest recommendations and hope we will have the opportunity to come back.

Anne and Stephane were very accommodating and nice hosts, communicating with them was very easy! The kitchen is well equipped and the house nicely decorated. Easy parking free of charge in front of the house. Thank you for the nice stay, we hope to come back!
