Casa di Minas is a modern and comfortable space, ideal for couples or families looking for relaxation and quality accommodation.
It is located in a quiet corner of Metochion Syrilio, in the area of the Municipality of Platanias, offering easy access to the most popular destinations of the prefecture of Chania.
As you enter the home, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, ready to meet your needs. Enjoy your meals in the dining room or relax on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room, which can accommodate up to 2 additional guests. The living room has a Smart TV and air conditioning for year-round comfort.
On the first floor, you will find two beautifully decorated bedrooms. The first has a double bed, private bathroom with shower, wardrobe and air conditioning. In the second bedroom there are two single beds that can be joined to create a double, along with a wardrobe and air conditioning.
Outside the residence, the tranquility of nature and relaxation are guaranteed. Enjoy the outdoor jacuzzi, which can accommodate up to 7 people, or relax in the garden with two swings and a beautiful lawn. The outdoor dining area offers the ideal place for meals or relaxed evenings, while in the back area you will find the barbecue with seating, ideal for evenings with friends and family.
The accommodation is fully equipped with all amenities for a comfortable stay. It has free Wi-Fi, washing machine, private parking, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, fridge, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, and clothes hanger.
