About this apartment rental
The Grand Parc residence (certainly the most beautiful in St AYGULF)
Located in a park of more than 3 ha fully enclosed, it has a swimming pool of 19m x 10m supplemented by a pool for children.
Many activities can be done on foot:
- shopping, the city center is 3 minutes away, there are restaurants, convenience stores, bakeries, a fish market, butchers, pharmacies, doctors, physiotherapists, nurses, the post office, the tourist office … The market is held on the square on Tuesday and Friday morning.
- the sea, after the botanical garden, small coves at 5 minutes, the marina at less than 10 minutes, the very large sandy beach at 12 minutes
- the ponds 15 minutes away with pleasant walks in the bird sanctuary
- note that the coastal path (former customs path) allows you to visit creeks.

The apartment
It is on the 3rd floor of a building which has 4, it is served by an elevator which also gives access to at least 1, level of the garages.
Its area is 75 m², it is a 3-room apartment, living room, 2 bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed, the other, 2 90 cm beds) and kitchen. Two bathrooms, one common with sink and walk-in shower, the other adjoining the master bedroom with sink and shower. Separate WC. A 12m² terrace extends the living room, allowing you to take your meals outside and see the children in the swimming pool below. From the terrace and the living room, the sea is visible.
The kitchen is fully equipped, it is bordered by a large 8m² balcony
The apartment has reversible air conditioning.
A garage is available during the stay.

- TV and DVD player in the living room and MP3 and Bluetooth stereo
- a TV in each room
kitchen: combined oven / microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge / freezer, Nespresso

We were welcomed by the owner who was very friendly and helpful. Jean Jacques showed us around the apartment, showed us how to enter the pool etc. A welcome gift of a bottle of wine and sparkling water were in the fridge to get our stay off to a flying start. One minor thing the description on HomeAway said linen provided and Internet, linens were actually an extra charge (not really a problem) unfortunately there was no Internet. Neither of these things spoilt our holiday but perhaps the description should be changed. Anyone going to this apartment will definitely enjoy themselves and we would happily recommend it.

We had a really good time in this nice appartment. Really quiet, (but not to quiet) very nice pool and a stunning view. And on top of that a very nice owner!
