New apartment located on the first floor of our house accessible by independent external staircase.
Consists of 2 bedrooms. One equipped with 1 bed of 160 and the other with 2 beds of 90 which can be joined.
Each bedroom has direct access to its own bathroom, with walk-in shower, wc, sink.
Open-air terrace of 20m2, equipped with its garden furniture and plancha.
Private parking.
150m from the beach 150m from shops.
Furniture, appliances everything is new.
This accommodation is in the center without any traffic noise.
The car is not compulsory for a pleasant stay.
Everything to make your vacation successful being in the immediate vicinity.
Access to the apartment by car via gate with digital code.
This apartment is located 40km from Cannes by motorway, 30km from Saint Tropez and 5km from Saint Raphaël.
Two supermarkets open year-round at 250m, bakery and pharmacy at 50m, restaurant at 30m.

The apartment was nice and clean – pictures on the website are very good and show the situation as is.
The apartment was very quiet – walking distance (2 minutes) to the first very good restaurants. Very nice and fully equipped kitchen. Two small but sufficient bathrooms with showers. We enjoyed our stay.
Little downsides:
- The lady in charge of the check-in and check out was only speaking French.
- We needed to wait for the check-in a good while (1,5 hours) and the lady was still too late after a trip of 1.200Km for us).
- TV programs only in French – but there is NETFLIX (very good).
- The bed clothes have been put on eventually wet – so they were a bit smelly and humid when we arrived.
