About this apartment rental
Enjoying a privileged location, very close to the city center and the coves, this T3 apartment of 66 m² with its living room-kitchen open onto the 64 m² terrace gives a feeling of open space to the outside. Its terrace provides a superb panorama of the sea and the Estérel.
The plus of this apartment is its 64 m² terrace, overlooking the kitchen and the lounge area. This terrace will allow you to take your meals, in the shade or in the sun, thanks to the electric bio-climatic pergola covering the terrace. According to your desires, you can orient the blades of the pergola following the course of the sun, and thus fully enjoy the brightness of the sun; or on the contrary, if you want to protect yourself from the sun's rays, a simple press on the remote control will close the pergola in a hermetic way, obscuring the sun. The terrace is equipped with a large corner lounge, a relaxing bench, a table of 1m80 * 1m and 6 chairs allowing to dine easily, as well as an additional table of 1m * 1m allowing to enlarge the dining table. In addition, deckchairs are also available, as well as an electric plancha.
It can accommodate 6 people, with its two independent bedrooms each with a 160 * 200 bed, as well as a closet. In the living room there is a sofa bed with a 140 * 200 mattress which allows you to sleep very comfortably.
Air conditioning is installed in the living room, as well as in each bedroom.
The living room includes a large American kitchen, with its built-in table that can accommodate 5 to 6 people, and a living room with television, these two spaces are opened on the terrace by two large bay windows.
The American kitchen is equipped with: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, induction hob, extractor hood.
The bathroom includes: walk-in shower, vanity unit.
The toilets are independent.
The apartment is equipped with wifi, available free for tenants.
A secure parking space is allocated to the apartment, although it is possible to do everything on foot (shopping, coves, beaches, town center).

We had a gorgeous time at this destination. The apartment was super equipped and bright.The huge terrace with different seats and loungers gives a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. In the close proximity of the apartment is a bakery and a possible sea access.

Deux semaines magiques dans un appartement conforme à 200 % à l'annonce. Tout est à proximité (à pied) : boulangerie, boucherie, fruits & légumes, marché, restaurant ... tout en étant au calme absolu.
Le plus de cette location : la superbe terrasse panoramique où il fait bon manger, lire, se reposer ... au soleil ou à l'ombre.
A recommander les yeux fermés !

Apartment was just as advertised, if not better! It has everything you could want for a great stay and the views are fantastic. Communication with the owner was very easy and he was helpful when my French wasn’t up to some of the discussions. Natalie met us at the accommodation and made sure we knew how to use everything, and also gave us some helpful tips about how to get around and places to visit. All in all, a perfect holiday.
