About this cottage rental
Cottage (3 star accredited tourism cabinet) for 2 to 4 people + baby (bed included) - 2 nights minimum. Located 10 min. of Thonon in a village house (quiet and rural) with private parking. From 44 to 50 euros / night for 2 people (10E extra person. Free for children up to 13 years / baby Free). SPECIAL RATE POSSIBLE CURE SPA.
Area of 45 m2 on the ground floor house with a small and a large terrace (20m2).
- Private entrance with closet.
- Living room with terrace: sofa bed, table and chairs, TV, internet.
- Kitchen and terrace with oven, microwave oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, dining area, toaster, dishes, ...
- Bathroom - WC, radiator with towel, bath and washing -Linen.
- Room with a double bed and wardrobe.
Bed linen and bathroom are provided.
Location: The Lyaud: 10 minutes from Thonon les Bains, 10 km from Evian, 40 km from Geneva, 1 hour drive from Annecy and Chamonix.
Lausanne is 25 minutes by boat from the port of Thonon-les-Bains.
Lyaud the village of Lake Geneva hills. Close to amenities and shops in the village center of Armoy walk (10mn) and supermarket 5 min drive (Allinges).
Summer:
Lake Geneva is 10 minutes: spas, beaches, water sports.
At the heart of Chablais for medium mountain hikes.
Way of hiking and mountain biking (GR5)
Winter:
First ski resorts to 20 mn (Habère Poche-Hirmentaz) Bernex, Abondance 30 minutes, Gates of the Sun: Les Gets, Chatel 40 minutes, Morzine-Avoriaz 50 min.
T2 non-smoking Pets not allowed.

As the title say it was a wonderful stay in a small Village above the Lake Geneva. Olivier and his wife are the marvellous Host of this beautifull Apartment.
A bakery, butcher and Fromagerie is just 3-5min per car. A Supermarkt is about 10min away by car.
The apartment is Full equipt with everything you need and has a beautifull terrace with a barbecue. (Be careful, the smoke detectors inside are very sensitive. 🙈sorry…)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 2 semaines. L'appartement est propre, beau et parfaitement équipé ! Il est très bien situé, à environ 20 min de nombreux sites touristiques. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et accueillants. C'était parfait !!
