Malheureusement la contrainte était les places de parking, après 20-21h trouver une place de parking (même si ce sont des stationnements privés) il est très compliqué …

L'intérieur de l'appartement était propre et coquet. L'équipement de l'appartement était soigné. La réactivité du servvice de conciergerie.
L'appartement est situé au 5ème étage et l'ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas. Les parties communes de l'immeuble et la résidence ressemblent à une citée HLM. Il n'y a pas d'occultation dans le salon pour y dormir la nuit. La cafetière n'est pas top pour un café le matin.
