About this house rental
This contemporary 275 m² property benefits from a first-rate geographical location just 750 meters from the historic center of the city of Uzès while offering an exceptional living environment.
Composed of a main floor accessible directly from the garden by the upper ground floor, where the living rooms and main rooms of the building are organized, this property benefits from an extraordinary luminosity. The lounge / living room (69 m²) with insert has large French doors open to the terrace, and benefits from very beautiful beams; the fitted kitchen (induction hob, extractor hood, integrated fridge and freezer, integrated oven and microwave, dishwasher), open to the living room, contributes to the warm atmosphere of this set. Then, separated by a wall of bay windows, the pool lounge accommodates the pool heated by heat pump (7 x 3.5 m). In a row and mirrored in the living room, the main bedrooms are on the other side of the pool lounge. A first suite (46 m²) offers a large bedroom, opening onto the terrace, a dressing room and a bathroom (walk in shower, basin, wall-hung cabinet). The 1,835 m² garden is organized around the house and offers various very significant corners.
Accessible from a corner of the living room, an elevator serves the large garage.

It was our second stay at the property in 3 years. This time we stayed with my wife's sister and her husband. The house was fantastic again. Plenty of room for 2 couples with lots of amenities, inside and out. Loads to do in the area, with or without a car. Uzes is a special place and we will be back again.

Fantastic house, only a short walk from the centre of beautiful Uzès. The house had everything, and all to a very high standard.
The indoor pool was our only concern when booking this property, having always had outside pools in previous houses. However, we couldn’t have been more pleased, and used it for several hours every day. The aircon, in both our bedrooms and in the living area was a huge plus, as temps were nearing 40degrees on most days.
All in all, we loved Uzès, and the house made it a perfect stay for us in Provence.

Uzes is a great town to have as a home base to explore Provence. This house has everything. The rooms are clean and spacious. Grounds are well kept and beautiful.
Lovely to have the pool to cool off. The kitchen doesn't want for anything. It is a relaxing place to come back to. Also, great sunset every night. Herve was responsive and helpful. Would love to come back.
