About this house rental
Longère entirely renovated with natural materials (lime, hemp, wadding, stone, wood).
Vast grass field and for the pleasure of young and old, there is a goat, sheep and chickens.
The house includes:
A kitchen and utility room + WC (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer).
A dining room, living room,
a bedroom with 2 single beds (90 * 190) with private bathroom (Italian shower and WC).
A double bed room (160 * 200) with private bathroom (Italian shower and WC).
Floor: 1 large living room (35m2), acts as a playroom, library, rest room, bedroom. Very pleasant room for family games or to relax with a good book.
A terrace to the south.
Semi-detached house on the south side, in no way disturbs the tranquility. Independent side is with terrace of 60m2. access and private car parking.
Baby kit available on request (cot, changing table, bathtub ...)
Only 3km from the town and the first beaches. Still wild and unspoiled coasts for hikers and nature lovers. Several sailing schools nearby (3 / 5km): sand yachting, kayaking, kitesurfing, all kinds of sailing, diving ... Brest is 40 minutes away with Océanopolis, amusement parks ...

The location was lovely and rural with fantastic coastline 10 minutes away. The owner Nathalie was extremely charming and helpful and not interfering. The property needs finishing but it is charmingly rustic.it needs somewhere to hang clothes and an iron. Kitchen very well equipped. Lots of domesticated animals really added to the stay. Yes, I would recommend it.

Emplacement calme et reposant.
Ménage à revoir : toiles araignée et sable dans certains recoins.
Quelques finitions à revoir : plâtre qui ne tient pas autour des portes.
Traiter problème d humidité : peut-être mise en place cheneau ...
Sinon les extérieurs sont agréables
Au niveau équipements : un micro onde et un aspirateur serait un plus.

Location correspondant à la description; très dépaysant au milieu de la campagne et à deux pas des plages; environnement exceptionnel du Finistère au milieu de la campagne et des animaux; très bon accueil et famille très sympathique; nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons vivement pour les amoureux de la nature

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette jolie maison bretonne, agréable et bien rénovée. Le lieu est propice à la sérénité. Les paysages sont magnifiques, nous avons fait très belles balades sur cette côte bretonne dont la nature est préservée. Une famille d'hôtes accueillante et sympathique. Merci pour cette belle semaine de déconnexion !
