Location was nice, liked the beach. Kitchen was good.
Shade needed for large windows. Toilets where slow flushers ;)

The location. House, price, quiet. Easy access to beach . Close to town
Couldn't see address covered with brush. Carpet on stairs loose. Master bed frame need fixed.
Better lighting on deck. No slip strip and hand rails. You need to make a better potty area for dogs. No place to walk them at night.
