The space in this house is amazing! The photos don’t fully give you an appreciation for how much space there is to just hang out! We had nine people in our group and we had plenty of space.The location is amazing! Being able to sit on the upper deck and see straight out to the ocean was so relaxing. That is where I hung out every morning!The only critical thing I have to say about our stay was that the toilet in the main bedroom was not working. I called within a couple hours of checking in to let the property management know and they said that they would send someone out the next morning. No one ever came to Fix the toilet.Overall, I would definitely recommend this home! And if you’re there while the wild blackberries are in season, definitely pick some!

The house was a great size and layout and accommodated our family well. We wish the beach access was a little more convenient - but the view was great. We loved being able to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the ocean. The blackberries did seem to be on the verge of taking over the gazebo area and obstructed the view a little bit.. trimming them back would make the views top notch.The house is definitely older, and has been updated in some ways but the kitchen could use more than just a fresh coat of paint. Some of the drawers were nearly impossible to open. The chairs around the table were comfortable but the fabric was peeling so bad it was making a mess on the ground. The pool table area was fun but - the table slants to one corner, only one stick was usable, and there was no chalk (we brought our own and left it there for the next guest)The downstairs area smelled like either there was moisture damage or at some point there was smoking in that area. Also the master bathroom and downstairs bathroom smelled strongly of urine. Honestly these are probably the biggest reasons this property would not be our first choice in the future.

Beautiful views. Lovely pool table and master bedroom. But downstairs rooms musty, bathrooms cramped and kitchen not well stocked. But stretch of beach and location made the stay worth the issues.
