About this house rental
Large independent house on 2000m2 of land, facing the bay of Camaret / Mer. Sea view from most of the rooms ...
Direct access to the coastal path for hiking (GR34 all around the Crozon peninsula) and go to the 1st coves, beach and the port of Camaret (1km, 15 minutes on foot).
Typical Breton port with all shops (supermarket, fishmonger, restaurants, bars ...) and leisure activities (nautical center, diving club, surf club, shore and boat fishing, trips in old rigs or speed boat ... ).
Boarding port to the islands (Ouessant, Molène, Breast), to the harbor of Brest and the Océanopolis aquarium.
Large garden with a furnished south side (garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, deckchairs).
Large basement that can hold a car, leisure equipment, with laundry area (washing machine, drying).
Spacious ground floor house containing a fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, espresso machine, kettle, toaster ...), a dining room, a lounge with TV, the whole overlooking the sea.
For sleeping, a couple room (sea view) (1 bed of 140x190) and a family room (garden view) (1 bed of 140x190 and 2 bunk beds of 190x190) with recent and firm bedding, duvets and pillows, large storage spaces.
A bathroom with bathtub. Separate WC.
Calm place, without close neighborhood.
Linen not provided. Pets not allowed.

The house is in a Lovely position in a very attractive village. The views from the house over the water were stunning. Lots of interesting walks all within a short distance. We didn’t go to some of the places we had thought of visiting as there was so much to do locally. The house was very well equipped. The weather was unusually cold but it never stopped us doing things. We really enjoyed our stay. Xavier was easy to contact and check us in and out. It would be great to go back.

It is a great spot to relax and enjoy Britanny. Julia and Xavier are super nice hosts and we had a wonderful time in the house.

Sehr nette Vermieter, gute Kommunikation, sehr freundlich , gute Tipps. Das Bett ist wohl
1,40 m, aber auch wenn man dich sehr lieb hat , ist es gefühlt kleiner ( normalgewichtiges Paar!).

We hadden een fijne vakantie. Uitstekende vakantiewoning op een mooie locatie. Vlotte ontvangst door de eigenaar. Ruime woning (en garage). Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Stadje op wandelafstand. Super uitzicht vanuit de woning! Een echte aanrader!
