The entrance to the building is secured by an intercom and bicycle storage, skiing and stroller locked. Athletes, joggers, rollier and bike lovers can enjoy 5 mns bike paths that run along the lake (50 km of slopes).
Playground for children and aviary 200m.
By late afternoon, as the lake, small walk 15 mins to reach the lovely old city, the castle, the Savoyards restaurants and entertainment. In the morning, Tuesday, Friday and Sunday, enjoy the festive atmosphere typical markets and taste the local produce.

Perfect for us and our adult daughter. Lovely location near the lake, within walking distance to all Annecy sights. The kitchen is very well equipped for preparing meals if that is how you prefer to travel. Very comfortable and quiet. The hosts were very helpful. A perfect stay

We had a great stay in Annecy. The apartment is just a block off the lake with a great balcony. A grocery store and bakery within easy walking distance. The apartment was extremely clean and pleasant, and the hosts were gracious and hospitable. We would love to return.

Nous reviendrons sans nul doute dans ce sympathique appartement ... et le chaleureux accueil des propriétaires n'en est pas la seule raison ! : Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. L'emplacement de l'appartement permet de profiter des pistes du Semnoz toutes proches (Station familiale extra) tout en étant proche du Centre ville et des jolies rues piétonnes. Le lac est à 2 pas et permet aux joggers et aux amateurs de vélo de profiter des nombreuses pistes cyclables et chemins piétonniers. L'appartement est tout confort et très fonctionnel. Bref, des vacances reposantes et sportives tout à la fois ! A bientôt donc !
