About this house rental
Very pleasant, bright little house, on the seafront, comfortable, close to shops.
Characteristics: house on one level in 500 m2 plot, 200m from the port and beaches, 2 bedrooms, 1 adult double bed (Ch. 1); 1 child's bunk bed (sleeps 2) and a single bed (Ch. 2), plus an extra sofa bed in the living room. Shower room, WC, lounge / dining room and American kitchen. Small Terrace with 4 chairs, 1 table and a parasol.
Equipment: television (TNT), washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, mini oven, microwave, coffee and tea maker, dishes, bed linen, barbecue possible on request.
Port and shops 100 m away (Bakery, Bar) and 4 restaurants nearby (10 ’walk). Hairdressers and shops nearby. Supermarket 20 'walk, supermarket, petrol 10' by car. Market on the port (5 'walk) on Wednesday mornings in summer
Sports activities nearby: Sailing Club, on the port, surfing 10 'on foot, skate park, climbing (bouldering), cliff climbing at 30' minor site and 1h30 major site; horse riding (5 'by car), hiking, .... Boules pitch and soccer field nearby.
Cultural and leisure activities: Nightclub 8 'on foot, Leisure park 20' by car; Brest with the Capuchins and Océanopolis at 30 '; In St Renan, very nice market on Saturday morning, cinema 15 'by car, swimming pool 15' by car .....

Maison de vacances est bien située, la plage est à 5 mn. de marche, la boulangerie (très bonne!) également. La maison est spacieuse et pourvue de tout ce dont on a besoin. Les propriétaires sont gentils, accueillants et discrets.

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans une petite maison très bien située, confortable, lumineuse et tranquille. Les propriétaires sont adorables et très réactifs. La maison est proche des plages et du GR34, idéale pour les promenades et les baignades! Je recommande !
