About this house rental
At the heart of the resort, close to shops and the beach, detached house with 3 bedrooms, all with sea view. The house has a privileged location on high ground with a beautiful sea view, close to the center (without undergoing agitation) and the beach. It is independent, non-family, and has an enclosed garden of 400 m2. The street is quiet, parking it done without problem just before the house. Sun terrace with beautiful sea views, large garden, table tennis, bicycles, internet access.

We enjoyed 14 restful days with a fascinating view on the sea and the beach in approximateky 250 meters distance downhill. Sitting on the veranda (or if it rains behind the panarama window) and watching the wide view over the sea and to the coast opposite to Pleneuf-Val-André is deeply relaxing. It starts in the morning with these views from the bedrooms. The house is very well equipped. We loved to cook in the kitchen featuring everything you need for sea food or other cuisine. This house is also perfectly located to explore the village as well as many stunning landscapes of Brittany.
Our host was always responsive in all phases of the booking, and also afterwards he answered all our questions in a short response time. Thank you for an uncomplicated and pleasant preparation of great holidays, Yann.

This home is open plan, it has fantastic sea views and alarge secluded garden which makes it safe for pets and children. There is ample parking outside and is within a short walking distance to the local town and seafront.
