Our chalet with a living area of 58 m2, offers its terrace of 10m2, panoramic views of Lake Guerlédan. Facing the cottage is the hold and the pontoon, with a private location possible with the rental (50 € / week) and to his right the beach.
The chalet consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, a bathroom with shower and bath, 2 bedrooms with 3 beds, one with 2 beds, a laundry room with washing machine , a terrace with lounge, a garden with all the necessary for the outside and 2 parking spaces, all in a private and closed area, with secure access.
You can enjoy the quiet but also many activities around: water sports, fishing, canoeing, paddle, hiking, mountain biking, beach / swimming, hiking, climbing, quad, horse ...

Emplacement idéal et grand mobilhome très confortable. Le plus : la terrasse avec vue sur le lac très agréable

Lovely peaceful place .
Not alot around to do if your not into water sports if you like to just lay back and do nothing it’s ok .
At least 10 mins drive to nearest shop so if arriving in a caravan make sure you have essentials or you will be traveling out to get essentials .
The caravan had everything you needed short of nothing .
But did have quite a lot of cob webs around which I cleaned on arrival so not getting into the edges .
I also looked behind the beds and they haven’t been pulled out and cleaned for a while quite alot of dust .
Just me I suppose I’m a bit ocd so apart from that it was nice .
The barbecue cover was full of green alto and the decking could do with a good clean down .
For €1200 euros for a week I should not of had to be cleaning cob webs and pulling out beds to find backed up dust .
It could also benefit from a mop .
My other daughter found a beautiful gite not far from us for half the cost and it was immaculate .
Nice and peaceful but won’t rush back .
Thanks though some others will love if you like that area .
