About this house rental
Beautiful contemporary wooden house, on 1/2 hectare of mature garden, in a country of character, with many discoveries and activities within 30 minutes (see description).
Dates: weekly rental in summer (from Saturday June 29 to Friday August 16, 2019) with priority and decreasing rate for two (-5%), three (-7.5%), or four (-10%) weeks consecutive; for the day (2 nights minimum) and weekly rate on request out of season.
Location: in the magnificent, steep and wild setting of the Landes de Lanvaux, in a peaceful setting on the edge of the rural hamlet of Carlevaux; 2.5 km from the village of Pluherlin, supermarkets in Malansac (8 km) and Questembert (12 km); 4km from Rochefort-en-Terre *, 15km from Malestroit and 34km from La Roche-Bernard (classified "Small towns of character"), 24km from La Gacilly and 30km from the nearest beaches and the Gulf of Morbihan (Vannes).

Large openings and shaded terrace to the south. Nice view of a rig (pleated relief) and a valley. The small Arz river flows down the hill.
Single-storey house consisting of: entrance, large living room (lounge, dining-room), fitted and equipped kitchen, small office-library, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms / shower rooms, 2 WCs (one independent ), 1 outdoor workshop.
Sleeps: 6 in 3 bedrooms (master bedroom: 1 double bed; two other bedrooms: single beds to be joined or not); + 2 extra beds (living room: 1 futon).
Wi-Fi, fireplace, garden furniture, plancha, pianos, TV, computer / smartphone speakers ...
Household appliances: fridge-freezer, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee makers, kettle, toaster, iron, hairdryer, etc.
Sheets, pillows and duvets (+ blankets) available.
Sheets (bottom sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases) and household linen (hand towels): supply possible at an additional cost.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille avec nos parents, enfants et neveux. La maison est idéale pour se retrouver en famille: grand salon / salle à manger pour des moments et repas conviviaux, terrasse donnant sur un grand jardin arborisé. La maison tout en bois a beaucoup de charme et est décorée avec goût. La cuisine est très bien équipée, il y a une plancha et un barbecue. Nous avons également apprécié les jeux d'extérieur et de sociéte. La remise des clés et e départ était très bien organisés et nous avons eu une bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si l'occasion se présente. Merci pour ce bon séjour.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans celle jolie maison en bois, décorée avec goût et à laquelle les multiples ouvertures sur l’extérieur confèrent une belle luminosité .
Le jardin, fleuri et arboré, avec un magnifique couché de soleil, offre un bel espace où se reposer et profiter du calme de la campagne.
La proximité de jolis villages (Rochefort en terre, La Gacilly, Auray....) permet de belles découvertes de la région.
Des problèmes de connectivité, auxquels le propriétaire ne peut malheureusement rien malgré sa bonne volonté et sa disponibilité. Une petite suggestion : il est temps de changer l'étendoir !
Cela reste un très bel endroit, à recommander, et où nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Maison et extérieurs très agréables. Jeux, pianos, plancha, barbecue, terrain boisé, tout ce qu'il fallait pour une semaine de retrouvailles entre amis.

Das Haus ist geräumig auch für 6 Personen und hat einen schönen großen Garten. Das Wetter war toll und so konnte man den Garten prima nutzen.
Auch das wir am Anreisetag schon recht früh in das Haus konnten war perfekt.
Einige Dinge waren allerdings weniger perfekt:
Man merkt an einigen Stellen, dass der Besitzer normalerweise dort wohnt. So waren noch Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank als auch im Gefrierschrank gelagert.
Bei der Anreise als auch bei der Abreise mussten wir jeweils eine Liste mit Gegenständen aus allen Räumen als auch in der Garage auf Vorhandensein quittieren.
Wir mieten schon recht lange Ferienhäuser bei Fewo. Wir haben noch nie Gegenstände beschädigt noch entwendet!!
Weiterhin war der Fernseher nicht angeschlossen. Der Hinweis auf die falsche Antennensteckdose erforderte anschließend eine längere Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Leider war auch der Bildschirm an einer Stelle defekt. Leider war auch die sehr kleine Größe des Fernsehers für ein familientaugliches Fernsehen nicht geeignet.
Beim Herd in der Küche funktionierten in der 2. Woche 2 Herdplatten nicht mehr einwandfrei, was ebenfalls an den Vermieter kommuniziert wurde, aber nicht weiter verfolgt wurde.
Das Öffnen und Schließen der Fenster in der Toilette und im Badezimmer war nur mit großem Kraftaufwand möglich.
Da wir seit Jahren in einer ähnlichen Preiskategorie buchen können wir die bisherigen Ferienhäuser sehr gut vergleichen und kommen somit leider zu dieser Bewertung.
