About this villa rental
Holiday house 100m from the beach located in Arzon in the Morbihan, Rhuys Peninsula. Pleasant, spacious (190m2) with a garden and closed.

- 5 bedrooms (2 on the ground floor and 3 on the 1st floor):
* Bedroom1 (ground floor): 2 beds side by side but separable
* Bedroom 2 (ground floor): 2 separate beds
* Bedroom 3 (Floor): 2 separate beds + 1 cradle
* Bedroom 4 (Floor): 1 double bed (2 persons) + 1 extra bed
* Bedroom 5 (Floor) for children under 15 years: 2 separate beds
All beds have a duvet, mattress protector, extra blankets, and 1 to 2 pillows. NB: The tenant must bring a duvet cover (or a sheet), a bottom sheet, and a pillowcase.

Ideally located: Arzon is a holiday village bordered to the north by the Gulf of Morbihan and south by the bay of Quiberon: It is a beautiful region to visit absolutely. Everything can be done on foot or by bike

Leisure area 400m (walking distance): Games, mini golf, petanque, kite, tennis, horse riding, sailing school etc.

Nous avons globalement passé un bon séjour dans cette maison très bien située, proche de la mer, du centre ville par le Parc du Fogeo. Elle est bien adaptée aux familles nombreuses, mais aurait bien besoin d'un coup de jeune.

Très belle maison spacieuse qui mériterait une mise au gout du jour. L'emplacement est idéal, plage commerces et activités à proximité. Très bon accueil de M. Deletaille.

Déçu par les prestations très moyennes de cette location,le volet roulant de la baie vitrée ne fonctionne pas,le robinet de l'évier de la cuisine tient par miracle et en plus on m'a demandé de régler le ménage en cash,alors que c'était compris dans la location.En plus le jardin n'est pas clos comme annoncé.
