About this house rental
Beautiful, comfortable, detached contemporary house built in 2005, approximately 150 m², located in a quiet residential area at the end of a cul-de-sac, within walking distance of the village of St Gildas de Rhuys and its shops, and 700 m from the coastal path of Grand Mont with its cliffs offering remarkable views of the islands of Houat, Hoëdic, Belle-Île-en-Mer, and the Quiberon peninsula with its coves of crystal-clear waters. The house comprises, on the ground floor: an entrance hall with a closet (wardrobe and shelves), a large 60 m² open-plan living/dining room with a fireplace and TV, a second small sitting room with rattan furniture, and an open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, combination oven/microwave, four-burner ceramic hob, filter coffee maker, and Nespresso pod coffee machine). Utility room (refrigerator with freezer compartment, tumble dryer, and washing machine), toilet with washbasin, closet (wardrobe and shelves). One kilometer along the coastal path, a small cove with a small beach, perfect for swimming, is revealed below via a steep trail.
In addition to the magnificent view, the Grand Mont site offers hiking trails, including the famous GR34, allowing you to discover the beauty of the region, with its rugged coastline and typical Breton coastal landscapes.
