Unsere zwei Wochen in Barneville-Carteret waren spitze! Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht und noch mehr. Alles sauber und hochwertig. Ein zuvorkommendes Willkommensgeschenk hat uns Pascal auch noch übergeben und die Kommunikation war sympathisch und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank.

Maison très bien agencée, pratique, agréable et bien entretenue, située dans un endroit paisible, proche de la mer. Bref, de bonnes vacances reposantes. A recommander.

Notre impression générale est mitigée. Nous avons séjourné une semaine à deux couples dans la maison mitoyenne attenante à celle de la photo.
Le séjour / salle à manger / cuisine est vaste et plaisant. La chambre à deux lits simples est de grandeur moyenne, celle avec le lit double est vraiment très petite. Le WC attenant est également minuscule et dépourvu de fenêtre.
La maison est bien équipée, avec à peu près tout ce qui est nécessaire pour un séjour de vacances (nous avons suggéré à M. Dudouit d'ajouter quelques crochets pour les torchons à la cuisine qui, soit dit en passant, n'étaient pas compris dans le "tout compris").
À la différence de la propriété de la photo, celle où nous avons séjourné est bordée d'une maison mitoyenne de chaque côté, et la vue du côté mer est obstruée par une propriété à deux étages à l'ouest de la terrasse (ce qui n'apparaît nulle part sur les photos). Tout cela donne le sentiment d’une terrasse assez « encaissée », où on est sous les yeux des voisins immédiats. Par ailleurs, contrairement à la photo, la table et les bancs sur la terrasse sont en béton, donc impossibles à déplacer, et nous aurions bien apprécié un parasol (il a fait beau tous les jours).
La maison est très bien située pour profiter de la belle plage de sable de Barneville-Carteret, qu’on peut atteindre à pied en moins de 5 minutes (300-350 mètres), et la plupart des lieux à voir dans le Cotentin sont à moins d’une heure de route.
