In Barneville-Carteret, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 83 m² flat with a sea view, one kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and two shower rooms. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises:
- A 40 m² living room with sofa, armchairs and TV
- A dining area for enjoying a meal together
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite shower room with shower, double washbasin, heated towel rail, WC
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190), en suite shower room with washbasin
- Separate WC
Additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- Two balconies overlooking the port
- A 25 m² rear terrace: play area with trampoline, space to hang out washing. The floor is covered with artificial turf.
The apartment is ideally located in the middle of Carteret's shopping street. On the harbor side, with no nuisance from the street. A 10-minute walk from the beach. You can walk to the Thursday morning market, sailing school, beach, bar, restaurants, food trucks, tennis, pétanque, boating... and drive to everything Normandy has to offer!

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, here are the options:
- Three free public car parks nearby, in front of the post office, in front of the sailing school, and on the Place du Manège: all three less than 2 minutes' walk away.
- You can also park in the street opposite the building, but only with a parking disc.
- There is a bus from Valognes station 30km away.
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Free Wifi available.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
