Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 36 m² flat in Barneville-Carteret, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 31 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a 20 m² garden. We're waiting for you !
The accommodation comprises
- A 31 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200)
- A mezzanine bedroom with two single beds joined to form a double bed.
- A bathroom with bath
- A separate WC
Outside area :
- A 40 m² enclosed garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Barneville-Carteret, in a very pleasant setting in a quiet, secure residence. Nearby, you can benefit from all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Marée Haute Beautiful inside and so quiet! We loved walking out of the house straight onto the sand dunes every day. Would definitely stay again!
