About this villa rental
New house on one level of 130 m2 with a garden of 1000m2, made of "cellular concrete", with a rainwater collection tank (less charges), all comfort, very bright with 6 windows, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom. large living room of 50m2, a kitchen with bar, two large terraces of 50m2 each, parquet throughout the house (except kitchen and entrance), 2 toilets and 2 showers in the Italian ... ideally located near the most beautiful sandy beach of Loctudy (250m from the sea), in a very quiet area, gourmet restaurant (seafood) and creperie 'sea view' less than 300m. The house is fully equipped, beds are made and towels provided on arrival.

It satisfied the youngsters (27-35 yrs) by being so modern, and the oldsters (60) by being so well designed, friendly and homely.

Stayed in property for three weeks (1 week August + 2 weeks September)
The property was clean and well stocked with pot, pans, utensils, cleaning products etc.. House is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and has two outside eating areas, one gets the morning sun and the other the afternoon/evening sun.
Beach, creperie/bar and restaurant all within a 10 minute stroll. The bar and restaurant reduce opening to 4 days a week at end of August and I think close completely around 21 September.
Plenty of places to visit, all within an hours drive. Small ferry ride from Locktudy to Isle of Ile Tudy is a must (5 minute across and cost 2 euros)
Reason I only gave 4 stars for location is we took our dog and none of the beaches in Finistere are dog friendly.
Other than that lovely house and we had a very good holiday.

tres agreable sejour avec enfants en bas âge, plage à proximité, maison plus qu'agréable, vraiment tres tres chouette. etant les premiers locataires, deux remarques: le mur blanc du bar avec les sieges rouges... et le mobilier blanc avec enfants... pensez aussi à laisser de "grandes" nappes à disposition!!!! du fait de notre statut de "premiers" nous n'avons donc pas bien profité du jardin... qui a l'air lui d'avoir bien profité depuis aux vues des nouveaux clichés!!! en revanche les terrasses sont parfaites et supers bien exposées.... allez y les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçus... tres tres bon souvenir!!! la proximité de sites magnifiques à visiter est aussi tres appreciable.
