Stone house completely independent on the mountainside over 2 ha of land down to the river with private swimming. Located in the heart of the parks of the Ardèche mountains, it offers close to many possibilities for activities (trout river, proximity to thermal spas Vals les Bains, Neyrac les Bains and many hiking and mountain biking trails between the maquis of the volcanic plateaus with sources of the Loire and Ardèche and Mediterranean scrubland)

Prachtige locatie, natuur, rust, ruimte en privacy.
Grote weide achter het huis, onderaan een beekje (met grote keien) waar het heerlijk vertoeven is. Waterschoenen zijn wel prettig! Verwacht geen uitgesproken luxe huis, maar zeker knus en prima voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Prachtig terras.
Mooie wandelingen gedaan bij Pont du Diable, Thueyts (half uurtje rijden). Kanoën
vanaf Vallon Pont dArc is een aanrader en qua afstand nog prima te doen (uurtje rijden). Eveneens mooie wandeltocht gedaan bij Bois de Païolive, een uur rijden van Juvinas
(stevige wandelschoenen vereisd). We hebben erg genoten en hopen nog eens terug te gaan naar dit paradijsje in de natuur!

Un seul regret: séjour trop court Une seule envie: y retourner Un havre de paix au sein d'une région magnifique offrant de multiples possibilités de promenades. Un accueil vraiment très sympathique du propriétaire. Maison très plaisante et très confortable. Et quel bohneur aussi de se prélasser au bord de la charmante rivière où on peut se rafraîcher par les chaudes journées d'été.
