The "Ardèche gîte, La grange de Bonnemontesse" is an independent holiday home in southern Ardèche for 6 people with private swimming pool in the middle of a typical Ardèche hamlet.
- Quiet, enclosed land not overlooked and private 800 m2, parking.
-Terrace covered due south a few meters in front of the swimming pool. this proximity makes it a very pleasant place to live.
-Living space on the ground floor with fitted kitchen open to the dining area, living room, bathroom, separate wc.
3 bedrooms upstairs.
Room details:
-Bedroom 1: bed 160 x 200 cm.
-Bedroom 2: 140 x 200 cm bed
-Bedroom 3: 2 beds of 90 x 190 cm
Equipped kitchen:
- Dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, etc.
-Washing machine, table and iron.
-TV flat screen TNT.
-Private swimming pool of 3X7m, 6 sun loungers.
-Barbecue
Nearby activities.
- Swimming at the Chassezac river at 2 km, 5 minutes by car.
- Canoe kayak (5mn)
- Canyonning
- Paragliding
- Climbing
- Tree climbing
- Horse riding center at 300 m, at the end of the path.
- Walks in païolive wood (on the chassezac ledges)
- Karting and quad at 800 m (without nuisance)
- The Pont d'Arc Cave 20 mins. (36,000 year old rock drawings) and many other caves. There are others, just search the internet.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le gîte qui offre toutes les commodités nécessaires pour se relaxer, profiter de la nature, et se rafraîchir au milieu de petits villages sympathiques à visiter en Ardèche. Terrain de pétanque, piscine, maison bien entretenue, et tous les ustensiles de cuisine que pour passer des vacances idéales dans un cadre reposant.

Nous sommes venus passer une semaine de vacances entre amis, la maison était super : grande, propre, une piscine fort appréciée et de quoi s'occuper dans les environs.
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et plein de bons conseils.
