the house is very pleasant to live. facing south. it is sunny
all day.
it benefits from its recently built (2016) to provide with materials
of high quality (large bay windows, polished concrete, wood) some comfort
which fits perfectly to the surrounding nature.
it offers 4 large bedrooms (including a master suite) 2 bathrooms
and a large kitchen and a lounge, all overlooking wooden terrace
you can enjoy below the house by the river "the balm" reachable on foot.
as the region is full of beautiful picturesque villages such as balazuc, vogue or awning and many others. not to mention superb walking trails, a bike or cannoe.

A stunning villa in a quiet location and close to a small but 'happening' village with a huge market every Wednesday. Very comfortable and spacious accommodation, tasteful with creative touches with plenty of outdoor space.
However, the photos of the property on the Vrbo site were obviously taken quite a long time ago and could do with being updated. Some areas of the property looked a little tired and we were surprised that we had to bring our own bed linen, towels and pay an additional 100Euros for cleaning! We did, however, enjoy a lovely week at the property!

Emplacement de la maison très bien situé pour accéder un peu partout en Ardèche mais néanmoins manque la climatisation.
Maison très agréable à vivre au demeurant au milieu de vignes et à proximité de Joyeuse.
