About this villa rental
You can reach the house easily, because it is near Macedonia Airport of Thessaloniki. The house is on a plot of 3,5 acres with olive and almond trees. If you like, you can select our wonderful almonds, as much as you want. You can try also figs, grapes or pomegranates. The interior of the house is luxurious, as it is decorated with marble and oak wood. There are balconies, gazebo, basketball field and a barbecue. Ideal for big families! Furthermore, 2 families can stay fluently. Children can play ping-pong.
Of course the best for them is the beach! They can swim and play all the day. Halkidiki's famous beaches are as near as Thessaloniki's nice sights. If you like crowded beachεs, beach bars with strong music, you can visit Potamos, at about 10Km distance. If you prefer quiet beaches, with yours umbrellas, you swim near our house (10 min walk, or 3 min by car) or visit the nice beach named Navagio (in Natura protected area, 15 min by car).
Our kitchen is equipped with everything a family needs. In addition to cooking utensils, there is also a kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster and two freezers (one for the wonderful fresh Greek vegetables). You can find also fresh Greek coffee, different tees (Greek mountain tee also) and fresh herbs like oregano. A bottle of wine or ouzo will wait you. In the bathroom one can relax by filling hot water the large bathtub.
In our area there a lot of traditional tavernas (not commercial), where you can try Greek specialites, fresh fish, octopus, calamari and so on. Of course you have to try drinking ouzo under sun.
If you want to discover the civilization of Macedonia, you visit the famous Archaeological and Byzantine museums in Thessaloniki. Of course a walk to the city's seaside will be perfect to!

We had a great time in Epanomi, the house was very well equipped (kitchen with everything you need, some toys, playground and balls) and perfect for our needs (4 adults and 5 kids). It was very clean! We could walk to the beach or drive by car (free parking).
Vasileios was always replying very fast and check-in and check-out was very flexible. We enjoyed the stay very much!

Vasileios ist ein netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Das Objekt ist sehr schön und liegt ca. 10 Fußminuten vom Strand entfernt. Es ist gut ausgestattet und ideal geeignet, um einfach mal zu entspannen. In der Nähe (zu Fuß) liegen keine Tavernen etc., hier muss man ggfs mit dem Auto in den nächsten Ort fahren.
