Nous avons passé 6 nuits dans cet appartement qui offre effectivement une vue exceptionnelle sur la plage de Deauville. Les photos de l’annonce montrent l’appartement sous sa meilleure lumière, la réalité n’était pas exactement aussi belle. On voit que les travaux de rénovation commencent à dater un peu et que l’entretien n’est pas au top, par exemples les toilettes étaient sales et la baignoire encrassée avec des traces de calcaires marron, le lave-vaisselle n’avait pas de sel et ne lavait donc pas correctement, les ustensiles (casseroles et poêles) de cuisine étaient en très mauvais état, le four très sale, le fauteuil rouge avait de taches tout comme les draps du lit double et d’une serviette.
Des petits/gros détails qui ont leur importance, également vu les de frais de ménage très élevés.
