House of 180 m2 renovated in 2016, located on a plot of 1600 m2 and very close to the beaches. 4 bedrooms:
- a double bedroom on the ground floor with a bathroom with bath and separate WC entirely on one level.
- first floor :
- 2 double bedrooms, one with a wooden BB bed with bars plus a canvas "umbrella" bed for BB available and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a wooden bed (3 or 4 years), ideal for children.
