PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The family house is located in the small, quiet coastal town of Podaca, about 35 kilometers south of Makarska. The house has a beautiful garden and a parking space behind the house. 2 apartments are rented in the main house. One has 1 separate bedroom with 3-4 sleep possibilities and a large terrace with sea view, the other 2 separate bedrooms, a nice balcony with sea view and a cooking possibility in the kitchen of the landlord. Next to the family house is another smaller house, with two separate apartments for 4-5 or 3 persons. The larger apartment is on the upper floor, the smaller studio on the ground floor. The small house was built only a few years ago and the apartments each have a separate entrance. Both houses are about 150 meters from the sea and you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the mountainous coastal landscape. The houses are located below the main street (Magistrale) at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and offer the guests of the house thus much peace and relative seclusion. In the village there is a tourist information, several good restaurants, many cafes and a nightclub. In 150m distance there is a supermarket and a bus stop. About 100 kilometers separate Podaca from Split, Dubrovnik Medjugorje or Mostar, making these cities ideal for day trips.
