Apartman nema dostatecne prostory pro ulozeni obleceni, velmi spatne odtekala voda v umyvadle i ve sprchovem koute, v pokoji byl nebezpecne poskozen vypinac, v pokoji chybelo cele sklo v okne, celkove je apartman vybydleny a snesl by rekonstrukci
