About this apartment rental

A historic train station it is welcome (train stop at 150 m) across the street is a restaurant.
6 beds for 6 people (upon request for 15, - € pp expandable, camping site available, we will create the right offer.)
Surroundings: plent of activities, in the immediate vicinity: Trossingen, Deißlingen, Villingen-Schwenningen, Dauchingen, Rottweil, motorway in 2 minutes. Suitable for couples, Active, relaxation seekers and families (with children), small groups, smoking and pets are not allowed!


Situated in the historical former station building Staatsbahnhof-Trossingen on the district Deißlingen. The head located on the 1st floor. There are 4 in solid wood beds (expandable individually adjustable or as a double bed and on request). A padded bench and a large dining table is ready for you. You have access to Wi-Fi
A central heating provides warmth. The bathroom has a shower / toilet / bath / hairdryer / soap / toilet paper / hand-u. Bath towels and a sink.
Situated directly on the Neckar and on the tracks, if they want to enjoy the thundering trains. With a little luck, you will experience a moonlight cruise of Trossinger railroad, historical trains.
Every now and then snorts also drop by a steam engine of Zollernbahn Railway Society from Rottweil.
We consider you a parking space available. On request, for your caravan or camper. It is also possible for a fee and in connection with the booked apartment to camp, in addition we will find her bike a dry place (please contact us in all these cases, simply).
The apartment is located outside of the village Deißlingen yet centrally between Rottweil, Dauchingen, Trossingen and Villingen -Schwenningen to a quiet place. The former station building located on the former Württembergisch-Baden State border. The whole building has listed status restored and renovated and has Wi-Fi and satellite receiver for TV devices.

Great historic property, the floor boards were a little creaky but that is the age and character of the property, even though on the railway line the trains did not disturb and was actually very quiet. The property was a great size for a family of 5 and well equipped, a good location for visiting many attractions in the Black forest.

Nous avons apprécié de séjourner dans ce lieu propre et agréable. L'accueil à été très bien et les propriétaires sont sympathiques. Je recommande vivement cet endroit avec toutes les commodités et même si des trains passent régulièrement de très bonne heure, nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille.

Wir waren insgesamt neun Erwachsene (alle Ü50) und haben die Wohnungen "Bahnhofsvorstand" und "Weichenwärter" bewohnt. Allen hat es sehr gut gefallen, die Unterkunft ist top sauber und sehr gepflegt, ein mit Liebe und viel Know-How renovierter Altbau. Für uns ganz wichtig war ein größeres Zimmer, in dem wir gemeinsam Essen und uns unterhalten konnten. Die Lage ist ländlich und sehr ruhig, die gelegentlich auf der Rückseite vorbeifahrenden Nahverkehrszüge waren das Salz in der Suppe und haben kaum gestört. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war jederzeit offen und kommunikativ, Check-In und Check-Out ohne Probleme und wie vereinbart. Ich habe die Unterkunft bereits weiterempfohlen und kann ehrlich sagen: gerne wieder!

Recht schönes, altes Gebäude, große helle Zimmer ((außer am Abend, da kommt die "antike" Beleuchtung im Wohn/Esszimmer doch etwas trüb daher). Schöne alte Holzböden und Möbel, in der Küche fast (bis auf Auflaufform, Dosenöffner, Teekanne...) alles da. Der Haken bei dem "Historischen Bahnhof" ist: der Bahnbetrieb ist gar nicht historisch, da rumpeln (bis zu 3 Meter vom Haus entfernt) 102 (in Worten: einhundertundzwei !) Züge am Tag vorbei. Ok, kurze Regionalzüge, aber das Haus erzittert doch in den Grundfesten - und das ab 6:00 morgens. An Ausschlafen im Urlaub ist also nicht zu denken. Dass die Heizung (Ende Februar!) nicht lief, war natürlich auch nicht soo angenehm. Herr Tedesco hat dann ordentlich Holz nachgelegt, ab dem 2.Tag wars dann gemütlich warm. Die Gegend direkt rundherum ist wohl als eher trostlos zu bezeichnen, am Rande eines Industriegebiets. (oder lag das nur am schlechten Wetter?) Wenn man aber etwas weiter geht (bzw. fährt), kann man schöne Flecken finden. p.s. Vorsicht beim Berühren der Wände (besonders mit dunkler Kleidung): der "historische" Anstrich (einfach Kalk, vermute ich) hinterlässt intensiv weiße Spuren.
