The apartment is equipped with high quality furniture and has a large roof terrace, with stunning views of nature and the pond. The bedroom has a spacious dressing area with direct access to the terrace.
The apartment can accommodate 4 to 6 people. The gallery area to be walked on a spiral staircase is primarily for older children or young adults.
On this portal are stays under 7 nights without linen, towels. These can be booked to € 15.00 per person, as the apartment charges a percentage of tenants and landlords. These additional fees are included in the price and are fully in the apartment, not the landlord.

Eine hervorragend ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, die gleichzeitig gemütlich ist. Die Dachterrasse ist toll!

Vielfältige Freizeit- und Spielmöglichkeiten im und ums Haus. Unsere Kinder haben es genossen, beim Versorgen der Tiere helfen zu dürfen.

Unser Urlaub war toll ! Lage im Westerwald zum Wandern und Städte (Koblenz, Limburg) sowie Burgen begucken super. Das Appartment "Rosenrot" war liebevoll über allgemeinem Niveau eingerichtet (z.B. Reise- und Wanderführer, Spiele, XBox) und insbesondere die Küche super ausgestattet (viel Geschirr und nahezu alle Hilfsmittel sowie sogar gute Messer !). Alles sauber mit ausreichend Platz für 5 Personen. Frau Grossmann hilft bei allen Fragen und hat gute Tips in der Umgebung (z.B. Restaurant Wüstenhof in Weiterburg). Bei schönem Wetter ist das Freibad in Ransbach-Baumbach zu empfehlen, der Ort sonst eher farblos.
Wer einige Tage Ruhe und Entspannung in traumhafter und trotzdem zentraler Lage sucht, sollte unbedingt den "Kutscherhof" auf der Rechnung haben !!!

Die FeWo ist super geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt!
Die Vermieterin ist mehr als bemüht, einem bei allen Fragen rund um den Urlaub (Ausflugsziele, Wanderungen etc.) zu helfen und auch den Ausritt durch die umliegenden Wälder auf den hofeigenen Pferden haben wir sehr genossen - alles in allem ein super gelungener Urlaub!
